Emergency Repairs
Please use the Repair request Form on this site to notify us of any maintenance/repairs that are not Urgent or an emergency. In the case of an emergency the below numbers can be contacted after hours. Please also notify our office of this situation by emailing reception@rwebay.com.au
What is considered an Emergency repair?
- Burst hot water service
- Broken or blocked toilet (if a second toilet is not available)
- Serious roof leak
- Gas leak
- Dangerous electrical fault
- Flooding or serious water damage
- Serious storm or fire damage
- Failure or breakdown of any essential service provided by your landlord or agent such as Hot Water Service.
- Failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply
- Any fault or damage in the premises that makes the premises unsafe or insecure
- Burst Pipe
