With over 20 years' experience in the property industry, Sarah brings a valuable wealth of knowledge and know-how to her role of Senior Property Manager at Richardson & Wrench.

A long-term resident of the inner-west and inner-city, she really understands the way Sydney works, with her two decades' of property experience complemented by earlier employment as a teacher's aide, working with special needs children in main stream schooling.

Of working in the R&W; team, she says, "I love the fast-paced working environment where every day presents a new challenge. I’m attracted to the diversity of the inner-city and its community. The area is steeped in history and full of character – there's nothing like having a little culture at your doorstep”

Sarah is a "people person" she loves building long-term relationships with clients and helping their investments grow. Proud of her skills in building a management portfolio, she's also handy with the painter's brush, having renovated a number of properties. She is well travelled, is drawn to the water and will always find time to take in a movie or theatre production when she can.
