SCULPTURAL ELEMENTS IN OUR LANDSCAPE

12 May 2022

What is this? It is sculpture.

“Sculpture is an art form that makes us think,” Sir Antony Gomley, one of the world’s leading experts says.

This big bold piece is by Max Patté called “Cluster Number Five” and is a three-dimensional representation of a previous image now on display at Lightworxgallery + Max Patté

Gallery, 89 Crown Street Darlinghurst.

The gallery has been opened since January 2020.

The ebullient gallery Manager, Cheva Chislom, says the thing she enjoys most about her job is talking to customers about art and how it becomes part of their lives.

Cluster Number Five is 2.8 metres tall and is a piece of architecture which makes us think.

It is a versatile piece and is made in metal and is treated with automotive paint, so it can withstand indoor or outdoor spaces in a plaza for example.

Local reaction to the gallery has been very positive.
